After much consideration, I’ve decided to give up on love.
I broke up with my ex-boyfriend even though I still care about him (almost 3 months after the fact) because I was peer-pressured into it.
Mostly.
Yes, I agree he never showed me he cared about me and, yes, rom-coms, I know I deserve better. But I loved him— correction: I LOVE him. And no matter how much bullshit I try to distract myself with, I can’t help the fact that I care about him… a lot. And I want him in my life. Even after everything that broke me.

Ugh. Here I am being melodramatic again. But how can I tell him I want him again when I know that isn’t what I need in my life? What I need is someone that loves me as much as I love them. Someone that’s willing to try any/every-thing to know and care and feel me?
Plus… I know he’ll never take me back.
Fucking mother-fucking shit. 

I am so done. If I can’t have my very own Chris (inside joke only me and him and Ruth know), then I don’t want anything. Fuck this. Fuck feeling all that you can for someone that doesn’t give a fuck.

Now, to try hard as I can not to dream about him. Again.
